BAD LOGIN ISSUES |
If you are using Norton Internet Security (or other forms of Internet Security), check your security settings to make sure you dont have it set too high - or disable it temporarily and reboot, then try it again. Remember, the login is case sensitive. This means, if your username has capital letters, then you must use capital letters. Check to see if your using the right username and password by clicking one of the buttons below to double check your access codes.

| Refer to the above screenshot link to make sure you have the correct settings if using Norton, or similar software. The main thing to look for in whatever form of internet security you may have is to make sure that you don't have privacy protection for web browsing. Also a common issue with Windows users has been after they had a new service pack for their OS updated, it would install a firewall that they wouldn't use - so after fixing (disabling the firewall) their issue was resolved. Our server needs to identify who you are (IP) wise and see if you are a subscriber and not a hacker abusing the site. Some of these software hide your identity, but to surf our site we need to know you are a legitimate user. This is why we recommend that you disable it to avoid any issues that may arise, you can always enable it back after viewing our site. There probably is a way to view our site while having these software enabled, but it'll take some playing around with their settings in order to do so. |
